Our team of fully trained roofers will inspect all purlins for any signs of structural damage or organic deterioration and  are replaced with new material complying with current building code requirements. In all cases new underlay is provided to comply with NZBC E2/AS1.

If required we can supply and install insulation at the time of the roof replacement and for extra strength we only use self drilling screws rather than nails to fix the roof. The roof will be installed to NZMRM Code of Practice standards and Steel and Tube roofing design solutions details.
